Additionally, regardless of E numbers, it is useful to learn the facts about additives. We can't escape them being added to foods, and isn't it better to have the knowledge to more wisely choose a product before consuming. Keep in mind that in this list of additives, some are not harmful. Some additives are even healthy, especially the vitamin additives.
